OVERALL PURPOSE
We are looking for an experienced Zendesk administrator to join our Business Operations (BizOps ) team to maintain, review and enhance our Zendesk Sell implementation.
Zendesk Sell is a crucial component of our business and as such is key to our business processes and operations. There are ever evolving requirements for the application of automation and process efficiencies which need to be understood, applied and maintained.
