OVERALL PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to assist in driving revenue and growth of Lula’s partner products by leveraging data-driven insights to influence and optimise sales and marketing efforts. This includes working closely with internal and Partner teams to distill insights, execute campaigns, craft product collateral and messaging, and report on funnel performance.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing relationships with partner teams to drive strategic alignment and the effective execution of marketing initiatives through regular reporting and stakeholder engagements
  • Building a deep understanding of our partner customers, the competitive landscape and internal performance metrics to create data-driven, actionable insights
  • Using these insights, help drive the development and evolution of the product value proposition and positioning
  • Assisting in the creation of product positioning content and collateral with and for our partners
  • Ensuring partner and internal teams are fully aware of the product benefits and features, and know how to communicate these effectively to customers
  • Lead the development of impactful go to market and ongoing acquisition strategies, collaborating with internal and external partner teams to execute these plans

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing) or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years' marketing experience in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Sales & marketing experience - you understand the conversion funnel end-to-end (from on-and offline marketing channels to the sales funnel) with a view to optimise and guide strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data to extract actionable insights
  • Experience in project managing go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrable comfort with ambiguity and relish the challenge of solving complex problems
  • Tech/product management experience - we don't need you to code, but you should at least know what an API is and understand the product life cycle
  • Finance industry experience advantageous
  • Experience in market research is a plus
